Plastic zipper, technically speaking, is actually a resin zipper. Its English name is Resion. After plastic granulation, it is molded by injection molding

2. Production mode:

Nylon zipper is made of polyester coarse silk spirally formed, and the rice teeth and cloth belt are sewn together by sewing

The plastic zipper is made of polyester material particles melted at high temperature, and then the rice teeth are injected into the cloth belt by an injection molding machine to become a zipper.

3. Differences in scope of application and physical indicators:

The nylon zipper has tight teeth, soft and high strength. It can withstand more than 90 degrees of bending without affecting its strength. It is generally used in bags, tents, parachutes and other occasions that can withstand strong tension and often bend. It has a high number of times of pulling and closing, is wear-resistant, and is widely used.

Resin Zipper 

Features: resin zipper is tough, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, colorful, and applicable to a wide range of temperatures. In addition, because of the large area of the upper and lower planes of the chain teeth, it is conducive to inlaying diamonds or gemstones on the plane, making the zipper more beautiful and expensive, and doubling its value, and becoming a practical craft decoration.

Disadvantages: Due to the large particle size of the chain teeth and the rough and astringent feeling, the light and smooth degree of the zipper is slightly worse than other types of zippers of the same model (nylon zipper, metal zipper).

Scope of application: clothing with thick fabric, jacket (casual wear), ski shirt (cold clothing), down jacket, children's clothing (coat), work clothes, military training clothes, armory cover bag, etc.
